WHO WE ARE
Blaser Ventures is a Salt Lake City-based real estate developer and investor predicated on impact, sustainability, and placemaking. As a team, they bring a depth of national development and investment experience and institutional capital relationships to the benefit of its projects and to Salt Lake City. Since its inception in early 2018, Blaser Ventures has been focused on the identification, acquisition, structure, and capitalization of high quality, community-enhancing Opportunity Zone fund projects.
Blaser Ventures is committed to ensuring that, to the extent possible, all projects reuse and rejuvenate older, existing structures and ensure preservation and integration of historical buildings into the overall development. This significantly reduces the carbon footprint of their developments and enhances the fabric of the existing community rather than scraping and changing it.
In addition to sustainability and placemaking, Blaser Ventures is focused on creating vibrant and equitable neighborhoods with a commitment to providing mixed-income and attainable housing throughout its projects. Blaser Ventures currently has over 400 affordable units (20-80% AMI) under various stages of design and development. A significant portion of commercial space is also reserved for supporting small, local businesses, non-profits, and other historically underserved and minority-owned businesses through a mix of below-market rents, urban/flex commercial space, and access to Class A amenities and support services.

In the five years since its inception, Blaser Ventures has:
Raised >$500 million in equity for current and future developments, totaling >$1.0 billion in capitalization
Developed or is currently developing 4 million commercial square feet and 1,200 multifamily units, including 400 affordable units
Master planned several complex, mixed-use, multi-phase developments, including the programming, design, construction, leasing, and managing of ~50 acres of combined adaptive reuse and ground up development in the Granary District of Salt Lake City
