Steven graduated from Brigham Young University in April 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Statistics. While in college, Steven was an active member of the BYU Strategy Club.

Upon graduation, Steven spent two years at Woodbury Corporation, where he managed roughly $1.5 billion of mixed-use commercial projects, focusing on financial analysis, asset management, due diligence, and market research. He joined Blaser Ventures in May 2023, where he currently serves as a Development & Investment Associate.

He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Utah and is pursuing his MBA at the University of Utah.
