ALEXANDRA STOELZLE
Director of Development
Alexandra brings over 10 years of experience managing large scale, complex, mixed-use commercial development projects in prime US markets and is responsible for overseeing Blaser Ventures’ mixed-use development portfolio. Prior to joining Blaser Ventures in December 2021, Alexandra was the Director of Development and Land Planning at Kilroy Realty Corporation in San Francisco, CA, where she was responsible for entitling and managing Kilroy’s most complicated development projects across the West Coast, totaling approximately $7 billion. Most significantly, she spearheaded the largest office approval in the history of San Francisco - the 2.3-million-square-foot Flower Mart Project. As part of this project, she also entitled and managed the development of a 100,000-square-foot adaptive reuse below market rate industrial development in Potrero Hill, San Francisco as the new home for the 100-year-old San Francisco Flower Market. She also led the transit and marina infrastructure planning for Kilroy Oyster Point, a 3-million-square-foot waterfront office and life science campus in South San Francisco.
Alexandra earned a Master of City Planning and an Interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley and a dual Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and in Marketing from Grand Valley State University.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) NEXT Americas Leadership Steering Committee, and Design Build International Assoc. (DBIA) - Utah Chapter. Additionally, she sits on the ULI Urban Revitalization Council, the ULI Utah Housing Summit Committee, and is co-chair of the NAIOP SFBA Golden Shovel Real Estate Challenge. She is one of four recipients nationally of the NAIOP 2021 Developing Leaders Award.
