ALLEN CLEMONS

Construction Manager

Allen has been involved in the construction industry since 1995, progressing from learning crafts and trade skills to earning a degree in Construction Management at Brigham Young University to running a residential building company. He then moved into all phases of commercial construction, rising to Director and Project Manager levels in marketing, design/build, and pre-construction. He led companies as Vice President and President, taking those companies to levels that far surpassed their previous, often narrow, scopes of industry focus, and resulting in millions of square feet of projects completed. While serving in these capacities, Allen participated in the planning, pre-construction, and/or construction of projects totaling billions of dollars.

Allen is a LEED AP and holds a general building contractor license, general engineering contractor license, HVAC contractor license, and a commercial real estate license.

As an industry advocate, Allen has been involved in the Associated General Contractors of Utah, serving as a board member and committee chair. Understanding the importance of education in construction management, Allen has been an adjunct instructor at BYU and has served on the BYU CM industry council for 13 years. He also serves as WSU Industry Advisory Board Member and past Director of the Center for Excellence & faculty member at Weber State University.
