Kristen brings over 15 years of experience managing multi-family, mixed-use, sustainable, transit-oriented, and equitable housing developments primarily in California, Oregon, and Washington. She is responsible for managing the development of multi-family projects within the Blaser Ventures portfolio.

Prior to joining Blaser Ventures in 2023, Kristen served as Director of Development at Killian Pacific in Portland, Oregon, where she was responsible for $500 million of mixed-use projects in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Her primary responsibilities included oversight of the design development teams, securing entitlements and permits, project schedule, underwriting, evaluating pursuits, and primary point of contact for the sponsorship entity. Kristen has managed both for-rent and for-sale projects in prime US markets.

Kristen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

She is currently a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Utah and serves on the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) board and DEI committee. Additionally, she serves on the membership committee for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Utah Chapter.
