Sebastien brings 10 years of commercial real estate finance and underwriting experience with a background in financing complex projects across prime markets in North America followed by building out a new outdoor focused hotel brand.

Prior to joining Blaser Ventures, Sebastien was the head of capital markets strategy for AutoCamp, focused on financing all projects as well as helping the investments and development team evaluate, entitle, and open new properties. Sebastien started his career at ACORE Capital, one of the largest debt shops in the country, financing all asset types in various stages of the life cycle including construction, lease up/stabilization, and rehabilitation/renovation. During his tenure at ACORE, he underwrote and closed $1.5+ billion in mortgage and mezzanine loans.

Sebastien graduated from Brown University with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics-Economics and a B.A. in Environmental Studies. Prior to enrolling at Brown, he started his college career at University of Wisconsin - Madison. During his time in college, Sebastien also competed on the Division 1 varsity wrestling programs at both schools, respectively.

Sebastien is a ULI member coming from Northern California and Washington. He was also previously a member of NAIOP San Francisco where he completed the Young Professionals Group program.
