GRANARY SQUARE: CULTIVATING COMMUNITY AT THE HEART OF SALT LAKE CITY'S GRANARY DISTRICT

Granary Square consists of 9 acres directly across 400 West from the Pickle & Hide project that will come together to form a network of connected public and private spaces that will break down the scale of Salt Lake City’s massive city blocks into a walkable, pedestrian hub in the Granary District. Each space will respond to the adjacent building’s programming to create “found” moments across the entire site.The project will be constructed over four phases and will feature a combination of adaptive reuse and new-build construction.

Phase I is in design and includes the adaptive reuse of a warehouse into experiential retail. The retail program will spill out onto a new central plaza and is scheduled to break ground in Q3 2024.

The site currently serves as the interim national headquarters of USA Climbing and is home to Salt Lake City's newest concert venue, Granary Live. A modular upgrade to the Granary Live venue is being planned for the 2024 Summer Season.

Blaser Ventures is currently leasing the existing 100,000 square feet of industrial warehouses and office space on the property at below market rates to businesses in the neighborhood.
