Speedway Café, presently known as Quality Produce, features a ~16,000 sf building with 6 dock doors, 6 walk-in freezer/cooler bays, and fully-secured yard space located directly west of the Silos project. Throughout the 1980s, before the building was a produce facility, it operated as the famous Speedway Café, an underground punk-rock music venue. The current business plan is to restore the Speedway Café to its former glory and create a community center that embraces the artistic and vibrant atmosphere of the Granary District.
